Shipping Protection

All items are packaged securely at Front Porch Candles but understand that we have no control over the packages once it leaves us.  We offer Shipping Protection to insure you receive your package and in great shape!

Our Shipping Protection covers lost, damaged, or melted orders (excluding whipped body butter which can has a lower melt point and can be refrigerated before use).

If your order is damaged or melted please send multiple pictures of the box and items and save your box in case a claim worker from USPS or UPS needs to inspect your package. Please file a claim Here or email pictures and the issue to frontporchcandles@gmail.com. 

If your order is lost, please contact or visit your local post office with the tracking number first.  If you still have not received your order within 5 business days of the tracking saying it was delivered please file a claim Here or contact us at frontporchcandles@gmail.com and if possible share with us your local post office's phone number/address so an investigation can begin.
